I would like to bring to your attention that Jinja has lost its glory that it once had. The town rather looks deserted and as if a civil war has been taking place there. The industries are all down and business is now very low. The buildings that once were motor vehicle show rooms and shops are now bedrooms. The rail way station is history; the harbor at Ripon falls does not function as it was because the army uses it. The whole town is just like a museum. I appeal to government to bring back the industries for our dear town to develop instead of rotting.
